You can drink water as much as you can to boost your metabolic rate that can help you lose weight fast at home. 

2. Breakfast with high fiber and protein

Breakfast is the most important meal; if you take it correctly you can start your day actively with the goal to lose weight. The studies demonstrate that if you take high fiber and high proteins in you breakfast, it will decrease your hunger and will satisfy different food cravings.
