The priorities are also changing in Pakistan with time, they are helpful as they are going to modify the support for Pakistani cricketers. The surprising maternity policy for the cricketers is supportive as they are getting one year of completely paid leave during maternity.
PCB is helping them by the financial support of increment every six months, category A may take 33% boost, category B may take 25% and category C may have 20%. Ideally, these are attractive features, so the women cricketers may gain confidence with time.

Women cricketers from Pakistan have played above 50 World Cups, which is more than enough for a developing country like Pakistan.
