- Fresh double cream 300ml
- Cream Cheese 200g
- Sugar 5 Tablespoons
- Vanilla Essence 1 Tablespoon
- Biscuits 24 Pieces
For Decoration:
- Chopped Pistachio (Optional)
- Chocolate Sauce/ Ganache
Note:
You need to refrigerate the cake for at-least 12 hours before serving to your friends or family for perfect cake like texture and taste. The reason is that it will help biscuits to soften otherwise if you are looking for a crunchy feel then you can take it out quickly.
